General Information

Please read the following general information about the application procedure carefully:

Upon receipt of your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail. Should any queries or requests for additions arise on our part, we will write to you directly via e-mail.

Only if your application is complete and correct, it will be sent to the selection committee / Department of Computer Science for review.

In case of an admission recommendation, your documents will be forwarded to the University's Office of Admission, where they will be examined for formal correctness. You will be notified by them, which may take a while.
In case of rejection, you will receive a rejection e-mail from the selection committee / department of Computer Science.

The selection committee usually processes all applications received by then once a month. It may take up to 8 weeks for us to contact you. Please refrain from asking questions about the processing time of your application!

Ensure your email address is correct as it will be used for communication
Grades should be provided in the scale used by your university
Your graduation certificate is essential. If your degree is still in the future, please do not apply until you have received it.
Legalization/certification of your documents is not required in the first step.

Education

Bachelor's Program Completed * The full name of your completed Bachelor's degree program (e.g., "Bachelor of Science in Computer Science").

University * The name of the university that awarded your Bachelor's degree.

University Country * The country of the university that awarded your Bachelor's degree.

Graduation Date * The date of your graduation from the university.

CGPA * Your Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) (e.g., 3.40).

Maximum Grade Points * The maximum possible grade points in your university's grading system (e.g., 4.00).

Grade Percentage Your overall grade percentage (0-100%). This should represent your academic performance across all courses.

English Proficiency

English Proficiency Proof * Select the type of English proficiency proof you will provide. Additional fields may appear based on your selection.

Proficiency Level * Select your CEFR proficiency level (C2 is highest, A1 is lowest).

Test Score * Your test score as provided on your official certificate.

Worst English Course Grade * The grade you received in your worst English course during your studies (e.g., "B+").

Documents
